1. Hawkwoman/Hawkgirl: One of the few positive aspects of the entangled mess of the Hawks origin story is that Shayera/Kendra has had the chance to have her own time in the spotlight and revealed a complex characterisation of her own, away from her doomed relationship with Katar/Carter. I quite liked her in Justice League Animated, although that was another iteration of the character altogether.
2. Crazy Jane (Kay Challis): Potentially one of the most powerful characters in a DC universe, given that many of her multiple personalities have their own metahuman abilities. I know she's post-Crisis, but she's still a fascinating, complex character in her own right and needs a specific focus away from the rest of the Doom Patrol, which is very much an ensemble series.
3. Doctor Fate: Absolutely. Kent is one of Earth-Two's foremost magic user characters and although he had his own series for a while in the seventies, as well as a prime spot in the All Star Comics seventies Justice Society series, he deserves some time on his own.
4. Power Girl: Oh hell yeah!!! Karen Starr has always been her own woman and with the restoration of Earth-Two, there should be an opportunity for her character to be elaborated.
5. Martian Manhunter: J'Onn has been criminally underused for such a pivotal character in the early days of the Justice League. Perhaps there could be a compensatory focus on the time that he spent offworld searching for the New Mars survivors and what happened to him out there. 5Earths could be very useful in fleshing out J'Onn's backstory.
