Earth-23 Ethnic Minorities Superhero World

When Jorel and Lara of the dying planet Krypton sent their son, Kalel, to Earth, he not only would grow up to become Earth-23’s greatest hero, he’d become one of the world’s political leaders, as well. Secretly disguised as United States President Calvin Ellis, Kalel helps to maintain world peace as Superman, and in the process has inspired a generation of meta-humans formed by black Afro-Americans, Latin Americans, Muslims, Hebrews, Orientals, Indians and other minorities who left the Shadows to create their own legends in a world where the greatest and most powerful heroes belong to ethnic minorities discriminated against in Earth-1. So, I take it that Renee Montoya/The Question, and Aztek, Black Orchid, Catwoman (Cuban mother), Gangbuster, Kendra Saunders/Hawkwoman (Latina parent), Mexico's Flecha Verde/Green Arrow, Wildcat/Yolanda Montez, are all active on Earth-23? Avery Ho/China's Flash, I Ching (Diana Prince's martial arts mentor), Wing (Crimson Avenger's sidekick), the Atom/Ryan Choi, Katana, Hoshi Kimyo/Doctor Light, Naiad (water elemental), Sunburst (Japan), Captain Steel/Hank Heywood Jr (Filipino), Artemis Crock (Vietnamese), Aruna (India-shapeshifter) and all of the lineups of the Justice League of China and the Global Guardians would probably also be active here. Extending that to Native American heroes, that would also include Equinox (JL United), Manitou Dawn and Manitou Raven (Justice League), and Batwing, Bronze Tiger, Bumblebee, Firestorm/Jason Ruche, Green Arrow/Connor Hawke, and Jakeem Thunder would also be available.

Which raises some interesting questions. Earth-23 seems to be very much like Earth-0/Earth-One in terms of its metahuman analogues in that case.

Most likely yes.
