Earth-19. Queen Vitoria is dead King Edward rules the Empire of the 20th century where new electric technology is rapidly changing the habits and customs of society. As modernism and new ideas ferment a new and poignant human society meta-humans arise. Super Man, Bat Man, Mars Man, Tin Man , Sea Man , Thunder Man , Wonder Woman , Archer Man , Singer Beauty Bird Woman , Accelerated Man , Flaming Head Man , Silver Man , Shirinking Man , Eagle Man , Eagle Woman , Lantern Man , Stretcher Man , Fate Man , Witch Woman etc . (Note: This is an Earth from the Multiverse style "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea" or "Journey to the Center of the Earth", "Tarzan of the Apes" , "From the Earth to the Moon" , "The War of the Worlds" , "Princess of Mars" a world of fantasy Victorian with heroes with lightning weapons, flying fortresses, rockets on the back and everything that made Victorian fantasy.Imagine the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen of Alan Moore. Now imagine that instead of characters from the fantastic Victorian fantasy literature like Alan Quatermain, Captain Nemo, Invisible Man, Mister Hyde and Nina Murray it was formed by Victorian versions of Superman, Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman , Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern , Flash, The Atom, Captain Atom, Firestorm, Doctor Fate, Zatanna, Green Arrow , Black Canary, Elongated Man , Hawkman , Hawkwoman , Batman and you will get an idea of this world of Multiverse.)

This is actually quite an interesting theory. So far, we've only seen The Wonder Woman, Batman, Accelerated Man and Shrinking Man from this particular universe, although there might be some interesting questions about what would have happened if Superman had landed in Victorian England. Would he regard his primary loyalty being to the preservation of the British Empire and how might that be reflected in conflicts throughout the nineteenth century? Depending on the time of arrival, the Crimean and Boer Wars might be over quite quickly with Kryptonian intervention. Would Jor-El and Lara regard Victorian England as too primitive for Kal-El? What would a Victorian era Justice League look like? Would it incorporate the adventurers that became the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen on another Victorian era alternate Earth? It'd be interesting to see how they deal with contemporary menaces like Jack the Ripper, for instance. Imagine a Victorian era Lex Luthor collaborating with Sherlock Holmes nemesis Professor Moriarty! Would Holmes have trained Batman in this universe? It'd be fascinating if he had, as well as logical. Or were the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen its predecessors, akin to an earlier Victorian era "Justice Society" analogue?
It's not beyond the realm of possibility that Khufu and Shyera would have reincarnated in Victorian England, that a Victorian English Green Lantern might have been chosen (although he wouldn't have been a pilot). There might be an egyptological angle for Blue Beetle, given that scarab insignia, although Firestorm would be out of the question unless this alternate Victorian England's technology advanced more quickly than ours did, possibly due to the existence of a Victorian Superman. Shrinking Man and Accelerated Man suggest that it might. Firestorm might be either British or perhaps French (either Pierre or Marie Curie, perhaps!) although he/she wouldn't come into being until around the 1890s.

Really these questions you raised about the Victorian Justice League are very pertinent. I think maybe Jor-El and Lara decided to send little baby Kal-El to Victorian England precisely because they would have realized that the Empire of England was in decline and they believed that their young son could prevent the fall of the English Empire with the superior powers he would gain upon reaching Earth in the light of his Yellow Sun.Perhaps once on Earth after growing up young Kal-El became an adventurer worthy of Alan Quatermain who would use his super powers on his adventures alongside the other members of the Victorian Justice League. This idea of Lex Luthor allying with Professor Moriarty and Sherlok Holmes to have trained Batman is excellent as the Victorian Justice League facing Jack the Ripper, Mister Hyde and Count Dracula or traveling through time using the Time Machine of Time Traveler or fighting the Frankenstein monster who would be allied with Solomon Grundy or traveling to Africa to help Tarzan counter the threat of Gorilla Grodd and Gorilla City's super-intelligent apes , or still facing the genetic abominations created by Professor Moreau. And there would be immortals Vandal Savage and Ra's al Ghul who could be potential threats to the Victorian Justice League. About the Victorian Justice League to have "predecessors" in the form of a "Victorian Justice Society" with counterparts of : Sentinel / Alan Scott , Flash / Jay Garrick , The Atom / Al Pratt , Wildcat , Starman , Sandman , Zatara / Giovanni Zatara , Black Canary I , Wonder Woman I / Queen Hippolyta , Hourman , Doctor Mide-Nite , Power Girl , Mister Terrific , Johnny Thunder and Thunderbolt , Red Tornado , The Spectre etc I confess I had not thought of that but it is an extremely fascinating idea. Great ideas of yours about the Hawkman and Hawkwoman Victorians really well thought out. Or a British Egyptologist explorer British Nobleman Sir Kent Nelson discovering the Helmet of Nabu and the Anubis's amulet in a temple tomb in Giza Egypt and becoming the mortal host of the Lord of the Order Nabu the Wise. Blue Beetle could have super powers of mystical nature achieved through a sacred blue scarab amulet of God Khepera.Well on the Victorian Green Lantern could be one of the first Adventurous Ballooner who piloted a Hot Air Balloon. As for Firestorm I think it could even exist if he were an Elemental of Fire the same has already been shown in the adventures of the character in comics but I really find it extremely interesting that this idea of him being French and not English and his being formed by the fusion elemental of a man and a woman into an androgynous appearance asexual Elemental of Fire entity . Very well thought out this idea . Captain Atom is not entirely impossible either because as it was shown the Nautilus Submarine used Nuclear energy it would just be a matter of thinking of a convincing explanation for how Captain Atom Victorian achieved his atomic super powers.

This is a really interesting look a a world where heroes begin in the late 19th century. I agree that technology would realistically be more advanced.

I really feel immensely happy and gratified to know that this idea of Earth-19 with a Victorian Fantasy world has succeeded. I hope the forum fanfics authors look forward to writing fanfictions with this Earth of the Multiverse.
