Earth I
More than ten years a ago I started a series of stories set in a DC universe where all of its heroes existed because there was never any multiverse except for the Anti-Matter Universe of the Anti-Monitor. I deemed it Earth I because I centered many of the stories centered on the various DC immortal characters who fought or prepared the world to fight a battle against the Ant-Monitor that was called the Crisis. I had written there were four: The first occurred in the world's prehistory and was focused in Atlantis. The second, which I wrote about extensively happened in the Bronze Age in Ancient Egypt. The third time the Crisis occurred would be in 1985. I reference in stories that took place in the future and wrote tales including the preparatory work being done by the immortals. The fourth and lat Crisis was to be in the 30th century during the age of the Legion g Super-Heroes and was referenced only in one story.
Earth I was something I mused over since the first Crisis on Infinite Earths back in 1985 because I hated how the Golden Age character were (and are) treated by DC. I had created biographies for the various incarnations of the heroes and villains and how they were linked to one another.
Here I only was able tell a few stories about the Golden Age Superman. One about the immortals interaction with his coming to earth. A story that took place in the 1920's where a young Clark Kent briefly became Superboy. Later I did a tale of how Clark Kent became a famous reporter as he traveled the globe before Superman came into the public view. Next was a fun tale where he met the World's Mightiest Mortal, Captain Marvel set in the early 1940's. Finally there was a tale where Superman fights along side the Freedom Brigade (the parents of the Inferior Five set in the early 1940's.
I had other stories laid out in my mind about Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Green Arrow, Atom, Plastic Man, Hawkman, Black Canary, and Air Wave; But had trouble getting a good biography for the various versions of Wonder Woman.
If Anyone is interested I would be glad to write out their history as opposed writing additional stories because I am having trouble getting my creative juices restarted.
