This is the alternate Earth from dream sequence in Superman #144
Basically, Superman is in the Fortress of Solitude with Supergirl and Krypto, when he accidentally activates a recently recovered machine he found in space. The machine turns out to be a planetary detonator, like the kind used by Black Zero, and the Earth blows up like Krypton did (the fragments turning into Earthite, basically identical to Kryptonite).
Only Superman, Supergirl, and Krypto survive, because they are indestructible. While wondering through space in a state of shock, they are arrested by the Interplanetary Police, and convicted for criminal negligence, resulting in genocide. Their powers are removed via gold kryptonite, and they are exiled to a primordial planet. Krypto and Supergirl are eventually killed by dinosaurs, and Superman is left alone in his despair.
My question is, would anybody else have survived the blast? And what would happen later in a universe where Earth was destroyed right at the dawn of the Silver Age?

J'onn J'onzz, Plastic Man? Plastic Man probably would. He would still be floating in space.
Martian Manhunter I'm not sure, he's not as invulnerable as Superman.
Green Lantern would probably survive, since his ring protects him from fatal injury. Tomar Re survived the explosion of Krypton originally.

Green Lantern wouldn't have survived if any of the debris or radiation had been yellow. As for Tomar-Re, he was still some distance when Krypton exploded, probably enough for his power ring to insulate him- and his zeelium shipment would have provided further insulation. So- no Terran colonies, or Terran membership of the Legion of Superheroes or United Planets in the thirtieth century. Possibly too, there would be stigma due to the Terran genocide associated with Superman and Supergirl. This seems to have been after Superman rescued Kandor, and Brainiac would surely have equipped it with a bottle forcescreen to enable its survival if anything befell his saucer. So possibly, Kandor also survived, although it was flung away at a high velocity. Would the Guardians have rescued Kal-El from his imprisonment, given what happened to Earth was surely inadvertant? Perhaps he gets a new Green Lantern career out of those events?

I wonder if Hawkman and Hawkgirl could have survived? If they were in their ship in orbit at the time, the shields might have held.
