Hannukah isn't the holiest day. Need to say that, union rules. Do you mean "how you do it?" You light a candle for half an hour somewhere inside for eight nights. There are stories about Jewish practice during the Holocaust. Or do you mean "what meaning does it have in times of crisis?" What it's always meant. Am I being sterotypical?
