Weimar Germany 1923

I'm thinking of a story set in Munich, 1923, when the Nazis tried to launch their beer Hall putsch. As it's too early for the UBA (although Horned Owl and Ubermensch will appear in their civilian identities in cameos), I think I might use certain German Expressionist  film characters as a League of Extraordinary Gentlemen analogue. Any others I should consider?

NB: This is set on Earth-Two.
