I need a little help with my novel set in 1898. My characters are aboard an Indian vessel heading to Bombay and it is meal time. Since my knowledge of Indian cuisine starts and ends with Raj from Big Bang Theory, I was hoping someone here could help me figure out a possible dinner for my characters to enjoy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
