Power rings: What are they capable of?

Can Alan Scott use his power ring to travel through time? Can Corona's modified Sinestro yellow power ring travel through time?

Do you guys think Zephyr (formerly Isis) can travel through time?

I just had another thought - at one time, Atom Blake had a Sun-metal ring, created by his father, that gave him immense powers. I wonder if Sunbeam, Corona and Zephyr, working together under Atom's direction, might be able to re-create Sun metal? From reading the 5 existing Atom Blake stories, it seems quite likely that the Sun-metal ring was capable of transporting Atom through time...

1) Yes, we know that Hal Jordan's ring can let him travel through time, and Alan's ring has the same capabilities.

2) On her own, Zephyr cannot (I think) travel through time. There was an animated show called "The Freedom Force," however, where she discovered a magically valley called the Valley of Time, which let people visit other times and places. She teamed up with Merlin, Sinbad the Sailor, and a Japanese boy with Captain Marvel-like powers called Super Samurai. I don't think that show is currently cannon for Earth-S
