I've been comparing the Superboy chronology from dcuguide.com with the Earth-1 chronology from the 5 Earths Who's Who., and I found an interesting discrepancy.
according to the 5 Earths Who's Who, DC Comics Presents Vol 1 #5 takes place in October of 1964, and Superboy Vol 2 #1 takes place in February of 1966. However, according to the dcuguide, there wern't that many appearances of Superboy in between those issues.
Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #247 Superman Family Vol 1 #193 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #248 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #249 Superman Family Vol 1 #194 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #250 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #251 Superman Family Vol 1 #195 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #252 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #253 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #254 Superman Family Vol 1 #196 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #255 Superman Family Vol 1 #197 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #256 DC Comics Presents Vol 1 #14 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #257 Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 1 #258 Legion of Super-Heroes Vol 2 #259 Superman Family Vol 1 #198
It seems like the year of 1965 was a very uneventful year for Superboy (he would have been 15 at the time). Maybe this was the year when the Teen Wonders were active?

I don't know the specifics like the information you have researched and post; But I have always speculated that because Superboy spent so much time in the 30th century and no one noticed Clark Kent aging at a faster rate was because than humans was because Kryptonians age at a different rate than Terrans.

I think Martin added that to our timeline, but anyway it’s possible that Superboy’s appearances in order of publication don’t always match his chronology. In other words, some stories take place out of sequence with others published at the same time.

In other words, some stories take place out of sequence with others published at the same time. I know. That why I like DCUguid. It actually takes into account the internal chronology of the adventures. I use it for a lot of my adventures.
Actually, when I eliminated the adventures that take place entirely in the future, I found Superboy had only 8 recorded adventures in 10 months.
