The Full membership of the Squadron of Justice, according to my notes is Bulletman Bulletwoman Captain Marvel Jr. Captain Marvel Golden Arrow Ibis Isis Mary Marvel Minute Man Warlock Zorro
In my story, Kid Eternity is an associate, but not a member. The Hero Academy have the right to use the Hall facilities, and limited access to the Hall's computer systems, but are not members
Yes, my Hall of Justice is as consistent with Libby's as I could make it. I also modeled it on the Hall of Justice from Justice League of America Vol 2
Cool to know, it's a really interesting formation for Squadron of Justice to see 1988 versions of all these characters. May I dare to ask a question? Who are Warlock and Zorro I have never heard of these characters as superheroes from Fawcett Comics. Zorro is a descendant of the fictional character created in 1919 by North American pulp writer Johnston McCulley, the secret identity of Don Diego de la Vega? And isn't Warlock a term used to describe a type of demonic sorcerer? Please don't be offended, in no way do I want to be offensive with these questions, I'm just curious! Thank you and keep up the wonderful work on Squadron of Justice! Zoro the Mystery Man first appeared in Slam-Bang Comics #6. He is a globe-trotting adventurer of many skills
Warlock the Wizard was a magician-hero who first appeared in Nickel Comics #1

Interesting ! So is "Zoro" with just one r and not "Zorro" and Warlock the Wizard two of the heroes that are currently in the public domain?

And Isis is Andrea Thomas, the mystical superheroine from the series "The Secrets of Isis"?

Very cool I think this could give the members of the Squadron of Justice much greater versatility and make their adventures truly interesting it will be really cool to be able to read them!

There was also a hero with a magic ring called Diamond Jack. I don't believe he could create constructs, but he or his heirs are probably as close to Green Lantern as we can get.

In our continuity, the stone in Diamond Jack's ring turned out to be stolen from an idol and he eventually turned evil, and then when his ring was taken from him, his normal self was restored. I don't know what he is doing today. But, in the Crisis story in which 'Shazam's Squadron of Justice' was introduced, Ibis was treated as the 'Green Lantern equivalent'. Again, not a perfect match.
Sunbeam is a much closer match for Green Lantern these days...

I believe that, after he was cured, the ring was later stolen by Set and given the Candy Ferris (a serial killer, and the Earth-S counterpart of Carol Ferris) who became the supervillain Diamond Jill and fought Coyote

Interesting to know that! I think it could be really cool if the original Diamond Jack appeared later in the adventures of Squadron of Justice as an ally of the team!

This is all really very fascinating to know, I think that later in the adventures of the Squadron of Justice the original Diamond Jack or a worthy heir of his from the 1988 Universe of Earth-S could regain possession of his magical diamond ring and be become one of the superheroes in the Fawcett Comics Universe who would become allies of the Squadron of Justice. Interesting to know this about this character called Sunbeam! Who he is ? Does he have the power to create solidified energy constructs like Green Lantern?

I love having "5 Earth historians" around!!! Me too ! I would love if it were possible to write a fanfiction about Justice League International with the same light and fun tone of humor that made it famous!

Sunbeam is Carol Clews, who was part of the team of Dan Dare and Carol Clews in early 40s Fawcett Comics. Dan and Carol raced around the country solving the most difficult cases; at the successful conclusion of every case, a Western Union carrier would appear with a telegram requesting Dan's help somewhere else.
Libby brought Dan and Carol into the present in two stories called Cruisin' and The Castaways over on the reading site for Earth S. In one of these stories, Carol was trapped deep underground, and she fell into a crevice where she breathed some unknown combination of vapors. These vapors, perhaps combined with some magic leftover in her body after she had been trapped in suspended animation for 45 years, gave her powers of control over yellow energy, similar to that of Green Lantern - but of course, she has much less experience as a hero than Green Lantern, and her powers are so far somewhat weaker than his. I've also written several stories about Sunbeam, Carol, and Dan, they are in the Earth S library here.
