I would love it if by any chance DC Comics managed to bring back the Justice Society of America in the new comics phase Dawn of DC with all the iconic heroes and heroines of the phase of Geoff Johns for the current DC Universe completely renewed for the new Universe DC .

It would be simply wonderful to be able to see versions entirely news and unpublished , renewed for current times of the Justice Society of America with brand new versions of its original classic formation : The New Atom (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Al Pratt), The New Batman (Timothy "Jace" Fox), White Adam (Malik White), The New Doctor Fate (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Khalid Nassour), The New Flash (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Jay Garrick), The New Sentinel (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Alan Scott), The New Hawkman (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Katar Hol), The New Hawkwoman (successor and heiress to the heroic legacy of Shayera Thal), The New Hourman (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Rick Tyler), The New Sandman (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Sanderson Hawkins), The New Spectre (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Jim Corrigan), The New Superman (Jonathan Samuel Kent), The New J. Thunder and Thunderbolt (successors and heirs to the heroic legacy of Jakeem Johnny Williams and Yz), The New Doctor Mid-Nite (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Doctor Pieter Cross), The New Starman (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Will Payton), The New Wonder Woman (Yara Flor), The New Mister Terrific (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Michael Holt), The New Wildcat (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Tommy Bronson), The New Robin (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of Damian Wayne), The New Red Tornado (successor and heir to the heroic legacy of the android John "Reddy" Smith), The New Stargirl (successor and heiress to the heroic legacy of Courtney Whitmore), The New Power Girl (successor and heiress to the heroic legacy of Kara Zor-L / Karen Starr),The New Huntress (successor and heiress to the heroic legacy of Helena Wayne), among other characters that I would just love see receive versions entirely renewed and updated of the Justice Society of America continuing the legend of this team with brand new heroes and heroines that unite the best of the past with the best of the future.

Looks like we may as well forget any stories set in the Forties except for flashbacks. Sandman Wesley Dodds was just resurrected in the present day in one of the Knight Terrors crossovers. It looks like he might be a new version of Dream. The New Golden Age is becoming less and less "Golden" all the time. His miniseries will now more than likely take place in the present.

I would very much like DC Comics to create heirs and heiresses from the heroic legacy of the younger members of the Justice Society of America as for example an heir of Atom Smasher a Sandwoman heiress of Sanderson Hawkins an heir other than Daniel the New Sandman of Hector Hall and Hippolyta "Lyta" Trevor-Hall who would be half-Thanagarian half-Amazon , heirs of Obsidian and Jade , an heir of Northwind , heirs of Cyclotron Doctor Terry Curtis , Starman Jack Knight , Commander Steel (heiress of Lieutenant Commander Gloria Giles one female version of Commander Steel / Hank Heywood Sr.) , New Wonder Woman (Orana) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orana_(comics) she is a fictional character owned by DC Comics. Orana was a red-haired Amazon who challenged and defeated Princess Diana for the title of Wonder Woman in WW issue # 250 (December 1978). Orana adopted the title of "New Wonder Woman" and departed Paradise Island for New York City. i.imgur.com/WPOqC9P.jpg I would just love to see an heiress from legacy of Orana

I would also simply love to be able to see an heir of Air Wave (Harold Lawrence "Hal" Jordan) i.imgur.com/kp2ckNR.jpg . Air Wave's possesses the ability to change his body into any frequency of electromagnetic radiation, which includes radio and television transmission but also x-rays, gamma rays, cosmic rays ,infra-red, ultraviolet as well as the visible spectrum, plus radar, microwaves, which allows he the ability to project bursts of thermal energy. Thanks to advances in microminiaturization, the old circuitry from the helmet has been reduced to fit into his mask. Micro-shards of ruby crystals are incorporated into gloves, can convert electromagnetic radiation in body into laser beams with fingertip precision, or fired in a wide beam from his palms. Air Wave can turn his body into electromagnetic radiation and travel at the speed of light, however, sometimes it's more convenient to use magnetic attraction and repulsion in areas that have a lot of metal -- such as cities to enable himself to fly. Air Wave can see throughout all spectrums of light. Thus, night is as bright as day to him when he adjusts to the infrared spectrum. He has TRUE x-ray vision. He has also learned to adapt to radar/sonar abilities and can follow a heat trail or -- in the case of a heat seeking missile -- generate false one most formidable. He can read the energy patterns of other individuals and figure out the frequency it's working on so he can disrupt it. He's superbly trained in hand-to-hand combatant, for Wildcat, Hawkman and Black Canary and specializes in karate, judo, boxing, jiu-jitsu, aikido and muay thai which makes him a competent physical fighter.

I've been disappointed with pretty much everything I've read from DC for the last few years except for the Mark Waid Worlds Finest and Teen Titans. I don't think any of the Superman comics have been good since Jurgens stopped writing the character.

News about a new JSA series. The current series is apparently still ending at issue twelve. It will eventually be followed by a new ongoing series, but Johns won't be writing it. He has an exclusive contract with new imprint Ghost Machine and will be taking some DC creators with him. That may or may not be good news depending on how you feel about Johns. In an interview he did with Popverse, he stated the new series would expand the team globally. In addition there is talk about doing more New Golden Age minis along the lines of the Sandman, Green Lantern and Flash series. But once again, Johns won't be involved in any of it. We will see if DC follows through on the seeds Johns planted once he is gone.

I must say, I'd like the idea of a new Sandman Mystery Theatre type series. I quite liked the original.

I'm really sorry that DC Comics doesn't plan on making new Justice Society of America adventures written by Geoff Johns, really I would have appreciated being able to read new adventures from the team that is one of the most iconic superhero groups in the DC Universe. But we don't always want something and this thing is possible to do sometimes due to a series of contrary factors that make it impossible and invalidate the realization of a certain project or because the publisher has other plans for the characters in question it simply doesn't 't work to do what fans would like to see with certain heroes or group of heroes. I would also just love to see again Justice League International, Global Guardians, L.E.G.I.O.N., Infinity Inc, Legion of Super-Heroes among countless groups of superheroes but unfortunately this is not possible because it is not in DC Comics' plans so we have to make do with what we have and continue reading our heroes because who knows, maybe one day they will be written again in a new comic book title, right?
